| Okay - to celebrate my new computer (yay MacBook!), which has a big enough hard drive and fast enough processor to allow me to store my whole music collection (it's not all on here yet, but a bunch is anyway...), I figured I'd do this Lucky 13 game again. (With a few extras again. Several of them are pretty obscure folk and indie rock songs, but I figured it'd be fun to see if anyone knows them.) Guess the songs and artists! I'll post the answers in a few days.

| Here's an excellent email I received yesterday, that I felt was worthy of posting here...
i can't remember your bloody email address! But happy birthday - if I happen to have got the right one!
Let me know how everything is going. Is london fantastic?
OMG you are 27!! old man.
Let me know whether you have a beer with Liam Gallagher today!
Miriam Slattery Policy Adviser Resources and Infrastructure Department of Premier and Cabinet
Haha - I think it's kinda funny that she sent it from her official "Policy Adviser of the Premier and Cabinet" account, with the opening line "i can't remember your bloody email address!" (and the subsequent line "OMG you are 27!!" - definately makes her sound like a teenager...) It makes me laugh. I don't know, maybe it's just me... I'm half-tempted to write back to her describing my exploits with Liam Gallagher in London...

| I got this email in my gmail account today (which nobody knows about - I just use it to forward stuff from my bluemail account so it doesn't overflow), and I think it's pretty funny.
Dear Tim,
I am afraid you may not be back, but I am back in Melbourne and enjoying late summer climate after spending four weeks in cold Japan climate.
I hope your trip to Tsukiji Fish Market was successful the following morning and you enjoyed your skiing at Niseko.
Hope to see you in Melbourne soon!
Regards,
Tom
And for those who are wondering... yes, my trip to Tsukiji Fish Market was quite successful. I picked up all sorts of Japanese and Australian fish which I plan to make sushi with. I also quite enjoyed skiing at Niesko. It went fairly well for never having skied before.
| So this post's title should probably be "Johari," but it's the first post I've written with a title, and thus the title proclaims itself.
Here is a fun game that I stole from Marcy. Go do it!
| Marcy said I should post this story that she and I came up with the other day, so here goes...
Once there was a green man who ran across the ocean trying to chase a rhinocerous. He might have been Jesus. But, as it turned out, Jesus was not green, and therefore was not this man. The man drowned. And the rhinocerous got abducted by aliens. The end.
